We are pleased to inform you that on 15/april/2021 the 2021 external audit process of Noatum’s integrated management system, was successfully completed, having started on 01/march/2021.
This audit was conducted by the certifier Lloyd’s Register (LR) and corresponds to the first of the 3-year cycle of certification and maintenance of the system.
With its favourable result, Noatum renews its certificates in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and 45001:2018.
This year, 2 new companies have joined the system, both certified in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, for a total of 15 companies audited, which are distributed through 27 locations:
- Noatum Chartering, S.L.U.
- Noatum Logistics Algeria SPA
As in the previous year, the process was carried out for the most part by remote connection, with the auditor only being physically present in those parts of the process where it was strictly necessary.
The LR auditors have highlighted the great teamwork that has defended the audit in each office, as well as the support received from the H&S/People and Certifications/Quality areas of Corporate Services.
In the same way, leadership is something that has become increasingly strong in Noatum’s system, a fact that has also been recognised by the auditors. The involvement of the different levels of management in the system, which is fundamental for its maintenance and renewal, makes it considerably stronger.
Finally, we would like to recognise the work, effort and support of all those who were involved in the preparation and defense of the audit, as well as everyone who, in one way or another, intervened and assisted in this process, which is yet another milestone in the continuous improvement of Noatum.
We remind you the updated certificates are now available on the Noatum website for consultation and distribution to our clients.
