Noatum has a Graduate Program with the aim of training our future professionals, preparing them to respond to the current and future demands of our business.

This programme identifies recent graduates, Master’s or Postgraduate students. We are looking for people preferably interested in working in an international and multicultural environment.

We offer training in the different areas of the company’s business, in order to gain a complete vision of the activities carried out in each area and to learn about the operations from a practical point of view, which will allow them to become part of our team once they have completed this stage.

University internships are carried out with students who are completing their university studies or higher/master’s degree programmes through the signing of collaboration agreements with Universities/High Schools.

These internships are carried out in the different business areas of the different companies of the group, as well as with different cross-cutting areas such as marketing, human resources, administration, quality, IT.

These internships can also be a way to access the Graduate Program after the evaluation of the candidate’s potential when completed the first 6 months, or to join the company’s staff in case of a vacancy.​
