The Port of Barcelona thereby certifies that the level of reliability of the process for the provision of services to docked vessels meets the quality standards required by its Quality Seal, ensuring a minimum compliance of 90%, after studying the indicators demonstrating this, relating to the management of:
• MARPOL
• Bunkering
• Watering
This certificate, issued on 28 March 2018, will be renewed on an annual basis and be subject to quarterly maintenance with the review of the level of compliance with its indicators through audits carried out by the Efficiency Network auditors. These terms will be extended to two years and six months respectively after the implementation of the processes has been checked by the Port of Barcelona.
This is the third area covered by the certificate that the Quality Seal has awarded to the Noatum Maritime companies in Barcelona, as since 2011 we have also maintained our levels of quality according to its standard in the management of export container traffic and freight forwarder services.
This makes us part of a group of companies from the logistics-port community in Barcelona that now has 85 certificates in different ranges with the Port of Barcelona quality seal.
