Madrid, 18 May 2023 – Noatum Maritime, a leading maritime services company, has announced a new scheduled ro-ro service connecting Northern Europe with Turkey, for which it is acting as a commercial agent. The service will have monthly calls in Bilbao. Noatum Maritime and Catoni will market Nordex Maritime’s liner services in Spain and Turkey, respectively.
This service provides shippers with a versatile ro-ro solution that allows them to transport their cargo between Turkey and Northern Europe quickly, reliably and cost-effectively. The rotation of the service is 25 to 30 days, with the next call in Northern Spain scheduled for 25 May 2023.
The service will be available on a monthly basis and will include fixed and potential calls at various ports along the route; calling at the ports of Izmir, Bilbao, Cuxhaven and Rostock, with the option to add nearby ports to the route on demand.
The joint venture between Noatum Maritime and Nordex Maritime will enable the two companies to leverage their combined expertise and experience to offer customers a seamless and efficient shipping solution. The addition of Catoni as Nordex Maritime’s liner agency for Turkey will further enhance the service offering, providing customers with an extensive agent network and a high level of local support.
