Noatum Logistics carried out throughout this year a customers’ satisfaction survey.
The objective was to gather first-hand knowledge about the customers and market needs as well as to identify how the services are perceived.
The poll was posed to more than 1,400 customers randomly chosen from each Noatum Logistics branch office. Noatum Logistics, the logistics unit of Noatum Maritime, is present in Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Algeria, Morocco and Chile and provides services around the world through a wide network of agents.
These kind of polls allow Noatum Maritime and its business divisions to upgrade the customers’ satisfaction and continuously improve its services by adapting itself to the market requirements.
