This year, the Seatrade Cruise Med conference will have as main theme discussions on sustainability, onshore experiences, ports and destinations, technology, expedition cruising, luxury cruising, and more.
The programme has been already published! Some of the interesting sessions we’ll be able to enjoy are ‘State of the Mediterranean Cruise Industry’, a discussion of ‘Alternative Fuels: Alternative Options, and The Changing Geography of Med: Adapting and Improvising’ and ‘Beyond the Poles: Expedition Workshop’; as well as the panel ‘Are you Fit for 55? – Moving Towards a Carbon-Free Future’.
After four years, we can finally meet again and explore current topics in the cruise industry and the changes it has gone through after the radical events of the past years, including up-and-coming destinations, health & safety, and IT developments. This year’s motto is ‘Steering Change Together’, a good representation of what this new year has meant to the cruise industry; we are in a period of heavy change, and it’s an exciting time to be together, learning and discussing what the future beholds.
