Sergio Santabárbara, Corporate Human Resources Director, took part at AEDIPE Conference to share the Group experience
Marmedsa Noatum Maritime (MNM) took part last 19 January in a conference of the Catalan federation of AEDIPE (Asociación Española de Directores de Personas) about transforming HR Departments. Sergio Santabárbara, Corporate Human Resources Director, represented the Group in a workshop about successful corporate experiences.
Santabárbara shared with over 130 professionals the current projects of MNM related to the integration and homogenization of knowledge as well as the new company strategies related with people development, the digitalization of HR processes and the launching of a Corporate University Platform of Marmedsa Noatum Maritime.
AEDIPE works on facilitating and strengthen a professional and updated HR management aligned with the corporate strategy and following the latest tendencies and successful experiences.
